As the Spring ‘21 Mentorship Program Kickoff approaches, we’re so excited to spotlight our Partner - Laws of Motion. Last July, we hosted a Summer Innovator Program where we combined virtual hands-on learning with a real consulting project for college students and recent graduates. The students worked on a real business problem presented by Laws of Motion. It’s wonderful to see Aspire to Her’s relationship with Laws of Motion come full circle as they announce their latest launch.

Laws of Motion, a female-founded womenswear brand that makes perfect-fitting clothing using 144 data-driven sizes and zero waste, launched a new tie-neck blouse, The Delta

The Delta blouse celebrates change and is made for women making moves. Designed to be reversible on every body type, the Delta can be worn 22 different ways, is made with zero waste in NYC, and comes in five silky, machine-washable neutrals.

The best part of the Delta is that it was inspired by YOU. Carly Bigi, Laws of Motion’s Founder and CEO, shared, “The Delta blouse was inspired by the strategic insights shared by the Summer Innovator teams. Women are craving change and value versatility now more than ever, and the Delta celebrates that change and provides a new look every day of the week - the ability to wear it 22 different ways is a real game changer. It’s the perfect top!”

Laws of Motion believes that women should be a force at whatever they choose to do. 1% of all sales go to support Girls Inc., an organization that inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold - just like you.

Career Advice from Laws of Motion’s Founder & CEO

What do you wish you knew when you were first starting your career?

Don’t think outside the box, think like there is no box. You can be whatever you decide to be in life and it’s never too early or too late to begin.

What advice do you have for young women in their early career who are looking to start their own companies?

Do it. We are all here for a reason - lean into your purpose and trust your intuition. You've got this.

Who is one woman you aspire to be like?

My future self. I believe in defining yourself by the vision of your future, not the experiences of your past. You are what you think, believe, and feel - no one is you and that is your superpower.
