2021 Summer Innovator Program
The Summer Innovator Program, in partnership with Accenture Women in Interactive (WiN), will combine virtual hands-on learning with a real consulting project for college students and recent graduates.
As a part of this program, you will be assigned into teams of 4-5 students and challenged to solve a real business problem for a female-founded startup, ultimately culminating in a final pitch competition. The program includes a curriculum of weekly webinars that will introduce you to key consulting principles, professional development workshops to strengthen your brand, and virtual coffee chats where you’ll get the chance to connect with industry leaders and peers in an intimate setting.
Throughout the summer program, you’ll have the unique opportunity to continue building your applicable skills and growing your professional network, all virtually.

Weekly interactive webinars on key consulting principles hosted by an Accenture WiN consultant
Professional development workshops focused on navigating your career and strengthening your resume (e.g., Networking / Elevator Pitch, Consulting 101, Case Prep)
Consulting
Consult on a real business challenge for a female-founded startup whilst being coached by Accenture WiN consultants. Deliverables will be due weekly.
Pitch final solutions to a team of startup executives and Accenture WiN leaders
Networking
Group virtual coffee chats with Aspire to Her mentors to grow your professional network (e.g., Uber, TikTok)
Navigating College & Post-Grad panel ft. Innovator Program alums (‘20) to share their college experiences, learnings, and advice (e.g. consulting recruiting, internship experiences)

Yes! This program is only for college students and recent graduates (Class of 2021)
The last day to apply is 11:59PM ET Sunday, June 13th. Acceptances will be announced on Monday, June 14th.
We're looking for individuals with a strong passion for learning. Applicants should be excited to explore the field of consulting, grow their skill set, and expand their network. No specific skills are needed to be accepted into the program.
This program will take place virtually. We will operate in the Eastern time zone. Webinars, workshops, and team meetings will be dependent on coaches' and participants' availabilities. The program will launch on July 7th and be completed on August 10th.

Once accepted, you have 48 hours to pay the $245 program fee and confirm your participation in the program.
