The Invest in Your Career Program is an 8-week virtual mentorship and professional development program for women 1-5 years into their careers looking to take their next step

Aspire to Her’s Fall ‘21 Invest in Your Career Program will provide 1:1 mentorship with industry leaders, exclusive professional development workshops focused on career changes, and a network to help you grow in your career, all virtually.
Program fee: $75 for 8 weeks

Mentorship
Each participant is matched with a mentor based on shared interests and goals. Mentors and mentees will meet 3x for 30 minutes
Professional Development
Participants will engage in ATH-sponsored professional development workshops / events focused on career changes
Networking
Participants are invited to join a private ATH LinkedIn group and virtual networking events

We highly encourage women 1-5 years into their career to apply. If you don’t meet the criteria, please indicate why you believe the program is a good fit for you in the application.
The last day to apply is 11:59PM ET Sunday, September 12th.
We're looking for individuals who are thinking through and/or undergoing a career change with a strong passion for mentorship and connecting with others. No specific skills are needed to be accepted into the program. We are looking to bring on a diverse set of participants with different professional backgrounds.
This program will take place virtually. We will operate all events in the Eastern time zone. It will launch on Wednesday, October 13th and be completed on Wednesday, December 8th.
This will not be a time-consuming program. Participants will meet with their matched mentor 3x for 30min based on your schedules. There will be 3 additional events held on weekday evenings, plus one additional social event).
No. All sales are final.
Once accepted, you have 48 hours to pay the $75 program fee and confirm your participation in the program.
