The New Year ‘24 Mentorship Program is a 6-week virtual professional development program that will match women early in their careers with a mentor and provide resources to make the most of mentor relationships

Program Dates: Wednesday, January 31st - Wednesday, March 13th

With a new year comes new professional goals and aspirations — transitions, promotions, new jobs, and career switches. Mentorship is a critical piece of navigating this. Having someone more experienced to talk through your career questions, decisions, and challenges is critical in your early career.

Aspire to Her’s New Year Mentorship Program will provide 1:1 mentorship with industry leaders, exclusive professional development workshops, and a network to help you grow in your career, all virtually.

Program fee: $75 for 6 weeks

Mentorship

Each participant is matched with a mentor based on shared interests and goals. Mentors and mentees will meet 3x for 30 minutes between February and April (two during program and one after)

Professional Development

Participants will engage in ATH-sponsored professional development workshops. Key events include: Mentorship (1/31), New Year Career Goals (2/7), Interview (2/21) & Salary Negotiation (3/6); all 7pm ET

Networking

Participants are invited to join a private ATH LinkedIn group and virtual networking events

Participating industry leaders as mentors, exclusive to program participants. More to come.

Do I have to be in my early career to apply?

We highly encourage women 0-5 years into their career to apply. If you don’t meet the criteria, please indicate why you believe the program is a good fit for you in the application.

Where do I apply?

You can apply here to be considered. Payment of $75 will be requested once accepted.

When are applications due?

The last day to apply is 11:59PM ET Sunday, January 14th.

What are you looking for in applicants?

We're looking for individuals with a strong passion for networking and connecting with others. Applicants should be excited to expand their network. No specific skills are needed to be accepted into the program. We are looking to bring on a diverse set of participants with different professional backgrounds.

When and where does the program take place?

This program will take place virtually. We will operate all events in the Eastern time zone. It will launch on Wednesday, Jan 31st and be completed on Wednesday, March 13th.

What is the time commitment for this program?

This will not be a time-consuming program. Participants will meet with their matched mentor 3x for 30min between February and April (two during program and one after). There will be a few additional events held on weekday evenings @ 7PM ET plus one additional social event.

Is there a refund policy for this program?

No. All sales are final.

How long do I have to pay after I’m accepted?

Once accepted, you have 48 hours to pay the $75 program fee and confirm your participation in the program.

Are there financial aid and/or scholarships available?
